At HarigarhDham, your satisfaction and trust are very important to us. We take utmost care in delivering pure and authentic Puja Samagri, but in case you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return and refund policy below.

You may request a return if:

You received the wrong item

The product was damaged during shipping

The item is expired or defective

You received an incomplete order
To be eligible:

Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
๐ซ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sacred nature of puja products, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
-
Ganga Jal, Kumkum, Sindoor, Camphor

Dhoop, agarbatti, and any flammable items

Personalized or custom puja kits
-
Items bought under discounts/sale offers
๐ฐ Refund Process
If your return is approved:

You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges)

Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5โ7 working days
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a bank transfer or UPI refund after verifying your return.
๐ Exchange Option
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a refund or resend the correct product based on stock availability.
